He was very down to earth and easy to talk to regarding purchasing the car. As for the Mini website, I found the onformation misleading in that it provided all the information for purchasing a 'last year' model car and was lacking on the infomration for the 'new year' model car. I wish they would have two separate areas on the promotions where one could select promotions on 'last year' and 'new year' model cars. The car iteslf is alot of fun to drive! More
