She is beyond knowledgable (she will most likely give 99.9% of the sales associates a run for his/her money), friendly, kind, respectful, a team player (supported a test drive of comparable BMW), honest, outgoing, and absolute pleasure to deal with. I often do not opt to provide reviews, but I had to depart mid transaction and she completely followed through ensuring my wife was completely satisfied.
