RIP Mini Ownership 2006-2019 I love Minis and got my first 2 at Cincinnati Mini. They always had the best Customer Service out of all the Mini Dealers in Ohio. However, the service level seemed to be on the decline over the past couple of years so I have turned to other dealerships in Ohio. This past month, when I was looking to turn in a Countryman I acquired from another dealership in 2016, I decided to reach out to Cinci Mini again and was connected with Travis Holley. I told him exactly what I was looking for but he tried to tell me that the new Countryman was the car for me, even tho I specifically said I didn't want another. He completely disregarded that saying the new ones were way better and I would like it more. While "way better" didn't really tell me anything, it didn't matter because I did not want another Countryman due to the size - I wanted to go back to a smaller car. Travis was slow to respond but continued to send messages about once a week telling me what the type of car I should want and pricing out those instead of listening to the clear, succinct info I was providing him and working with that. After owning a number of Minis for 13 years, manual, automatic, S, Countryman, Hardtops, etc, I am very familiar with what is available, which I explained numerous times. The communication process was very frustrating, he was slow to respond, and did not listen to wI hat I wanted. After 13 years of Mini Ownership, I switched brands when I found another dealership who was accommodating and easy to work with. More

I was a 2 time MINI owner I was a two time loyal MINI owner and well on my way to a third, when my 2013 MINI Countryman S had issues with the 4 wheel ALL Drive Train. At this I was a two time loyal MINI owner and well on my way to a third, when my 2013 MINI Countryman S had issues with the 4 wheel ALL Drive Train. At this time my car at 86,000 miles on it and I was preparing to purchase another MINI within the next year. When my car was brought in for service, they ended up telling me my transmission was also affected and I should also get a new clutch. Basically the car wasn't worth repairing for the $12,000 value I still had in it. OK so I came to terms with this, but the real kicker was when the Steve, the head of service, told me I would have to pay an additional $600 worth of repairs. I called the manager of the store to see if they could forgive the $600, as well as tell me what "Loyalty Dollars" they had to help me purchase a new one. Basically, I got nothing. I'm guessing that loyalty really doesn't mean a thing at this dealership. I was treated with such disrespect and a total lack of care. Once again, put yourself in the customer's shoes. How would you feel if you were told your $12,000 car was worth $0 because of a design flaw. Oh yes, don't forget, you now owe $600 to tow your car away. WOW! That's customer service for you. (This happened to me in April of this year and it has taken me this long to calm down enough to even search for ways to share my story.) More

They have re-engineered every issue I've reported and created the perfect driving experience. That's the company. But, what about the Cincinnati MINI store? Well, if you are looking for a new MINI or if you want to start out with your first, I recommend reaching out to Jon Grayson. He is young and just starting out. But, with the experience that's around him, he is able to answer every question and has the ability to devote all the time you need to make such a huge decision. He answers all the questions and is enthusiastic about letting you test drive any vehicle that you are considering. And, when it comes to the financial end of the equation, Jemar DuBose makes the process not only easy to understand but painless. I know that they will find my roadster, Sheldon Cooper, a good home. And, my new MINI, Alice Cooper is going to last me for years. And, a special thank you to Brittany as well. More

It's the first time I have had that experience in buying a new car and I know next time I go somewhere I am likely to ask for that again. I also got in an out at the final paperwork (my business partner spent 4 hours at the jeep dealer). They were efficient and the overall experience was the best new car buying experience I have had!
