Only two days total to identify issues and make repairs I thought would take much longer. And a free loaner to boot! The service team has always done a great job keeping my Mini on the road. Shout out to Service Advisor Adam Walsh. He explained the needed repairs and costs so I was in the loop and there were no surprises. More
