The dealership did ok. Unfortunately due to a poor design caused by drainage improperly installed we had a footwell module go bad. We had an extended warranty. And the caus Unfortunately due to a poor design caused by drainage improperly installed we had a footwell module go bad. We had an extended warranty. And the cause for the damage was the defective drainage system. But our module wasn't covered. My wife loves Mini's. We came to the dealership looking to see about purchasing a Mini Coup in the future. But sadly with a known, defective drainage system that can cause $8000+ in damages. We are rethinking this. The Service was courteous. But ultimately disappointing. More
