My experience with The BMW Store in Cincinnati Ohio was the worst car buying experience I have ever had. I saw a nice 2018 mini on line at The BMW Store. When I was finally showed a Real pictures of the car a week or two laiter it was totally different pictures that I was originally shown. I told julian that I did not want a car with a bright orange stripe at the bottom of the door. He stated they would remove them. So I moved forward buying the car. This was an on line purchase so I asked to see any damage/bad spots on the car. None were sent to me. When I received the car I noticed that where the decal/stripe was, there was a different color paint. At the top side of where the decal was is a hard line of paint and clearcoat, and when they pulled the decal off, there was paint and clearcoat that came off the car with the decal. Upon closer inspection I noticed the whole left side of the car was repainted. When I talked to the salesman julian he stated it was glue from the decal and not to worry about it. I got several bids lo fix the car , all were close to 1,800 dollars. By my understainding selling a car with undisclosed dammage is FRAUD. After a week or two trying to deal with julian I gave up and starting to talk to the sales manager . The sales manager was not much better to deal with. After two months I gave up and asked for a refund. This damage was not reported to CarFax, and I have no idea to the extent of damage hidden under the paint. From receiving the car to the day they picked it up was 4.5 months. During that time most of my calls were never returned. To send the car back they wanted me to register and plate the car which would have been at least 1,700 dollars , when all I needed to do was send them a title search that cost 16.00 dollars. The checks that were sent for repayment (down payment, towing and overpayment to MINI financial) were all wrong. They also sent the tow truck driver to pick up the car, I told him they were supposed to send me a check for the missing 500 dollars from my down payment a week ago. When I received the check, it was dated after the day the tow truck driver came to pick the car up the first time. The childish and petty actions could just be the two people I worked with. I’ll never know. I do know I will never get another car from a dealership again. Especially this company. More

I've had a couple terrible car dealership experiences but not at MINI. I met with Travis who was friendly and knowledgeable and super transparent which I appreciated. I went in looking for an electric vehicl not at MINI. I met with Travis who was friendly and knowledgeable and super transparent which I appreciated. I went in looking for an electric vehicle and he didn't try to upsell me or change my mind. He listened and helped me find the right vehicle (which ended up being in transit). When the vehicle came in, he let me know it'd actually be a bit cheaper monthly payment than we'd previously discussed because of a promotion that was going on. The car is fabulous. I don't think I'll ever want another car that's not a MINI. More
