When discussing the purchasing steps, I was made to feel like I was completely alone with understanding the process. She only helped me find the dotted line to sign. After purchase, she had made it off of the business grounds before I was able to. After trying to communicate with her via e-mail multiple times regarding odds and ends of the purchase, I would get no response. I was very remorseful to buy from her. If it were a more knowledgable salesperson, I wouldn't have left the dealership to test drive other cars. More

I brought in my car that I thought was on it's last limb for service here. I was expecting the service department to tell me there were a ton of problems and they all had to be immediately repaired. What happened instead was they honestly told me the few things that needed to be done, a couple things they recommended, and some other stuff that could get done but wasn't mandatory. They weren't pushy and made sure I understood everything that was going on. My bill was a lot smaller than I expected and my car is still running great nearly two years later. Thomson MacConnell went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with the service I received, and I will always recommend their services to anyone who needs work done on their car. I took our 2012 SRX4 Premium to Thompson MacConnell Cadillac, Cincinnati, Ohio today for a 12K miles service. Total time was a little over an hour which I spend looking at the new 2013's and playing with the new toys and models. Best thing about the visit was the bill marked No Charge! I know I paid upfront for the service but it' still nice to see N/C on the invoice and to be treated as good after the sale as before the sale.
