Thank You! When I called to schedule my appointment I’m happy to say I did not receive a recording with 12 options before I could speak to an actual person. (a real person does not answer the phone at most dealerships) I was able to schedule my appointment easily. When I arrived for my appointment Jim got everything rolling quickly. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions (including where is the best place to grab dinner for takeout) They had my car in and out in less than an hour. It was a good experience and I’d recommend Jim and Chuck Nicholson to my friends and family. More
