I was greeted within seconds of pulling into the lot, and John was so polite and professional. He asked what my situation was and how he could help me. Not what i wanted, but how he could help me! We ended up walking around, looking at a handful of trucks and came across the 2017 Z71 Silverado. I had nothing but a few signatures to give paper work wise, and left next day with my new truck.
