SERVICE VISIT

Prompt and professional. We have had the car in your shop several times since buying it. From day one I told your people it needed brakes and was told more than once that the We have had the car in your shop several times since buying it. From day one I told your people it needed brakes and was told more than once that they were like new. I recently bought all new rotors and pads and changed them myself! Two of the rotors were cracked! Problem solved! Now brakes straight and without vibrating! We have had the car in several times for the transmission acting like it was jumping in and out of gear. They changed the torque converter, then the transmission valve. The problem is still there and seems to be getting worse, especially at speeds between 30 & 50 going up most any grade. We don't know if it is transmission related or not. The last time when they changed the transmission valve we were told to just drive it until something happens. That is ok if we are local. We will be driving to Florida in March and to Canada in May, towing a boat. We are concerned! More
