Pleasant, fair, no pressure, nice people I had a 2013 standard cab Silverado. I was looking to upgrade to a newer but quality used extended cab. I was hoping to stay in a Chevy. Ted Mast met I had a 2013 standard cab Silverado. I was looking to upgrade to a newer but quality used extended cab. I was hoping to stay in a Chevy. Ted Mast met us in the lot looking at Chuck Nicholson’s inventory. He is very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk with. He is not pushy or overbearing. My wife and I like Ted and everyone we worked with to make the deal. I had limits. They understood and worked with me. If they couldn’t do something they said so, no beating around he bush so to speak. I’m very happy with the way we were treated and the outcome. The model I tested didn’t have a sunroof, but Joe Penrod found this one on the lot with a sunroof and other equipment that I wanted (even though I was ready to buy the first one). Because he anticipated that I wanted a better equipped model, I have exactly the car I’ve been looking to buy! Joe, Doug and Kevin made sure the buying process was smooth and easy, and we spent less than an hour to make the purchase. Polite and efficient Had a oil change & tire rotation completed. Had them look into a foglight dash indicator light not coming on. Was told they looked into getting it on but could not be done. Randy described the issue very well and why they couldn't activate the dash indicator light. It's a GM factory fault, not a dealership; this due to that a previous dealership had installed the lights and didn't activate the code that came with the kit. Also this is a base model Canyon. More
