By FAR the best vehicle buying experience This was, by FAR, the best vehicle buying experience we have ever had. We dealt with salesman named Ryan Singhaus. I'll start with him, he was great. From the very beginning he wasn't pushy or persuasive but was very upfront and honest and personable. He was able to answer All of our questions and gave a thorough run down of all the features the truck had. Next was the sales manager Doug Moore he was great too. He came in, introduced himself, gave us a few options as to how we could finance, understood our needs and what would work for us. Even gave us a fair deal on our trade in. Both gentleman were very down to earth and worked with us in negotiating our final price. Finally was Doug Alsept- he was the financial manager and he was great at explaining their differnet packaging prices, what it entailed and had all the final paperwork ready to get us all set. He was able to work with a a few agencies in order to get us the better rate and loan. Together these gentlemen were able to help us get the truck we wanted for an affordable cost. We thank them very much for making this not only a smooth process but a rewarding one too. We highly recommend to any potential buyers to stop in there 1st and talk to any of these gentlemen. Randy took the fob back to parts where it was put on a meter to find the problem, then we went to the car to try it out. I was referred over to the parts and service department where he (was not Jim) showed me on the meter what need to be done. They had one fob on hand, and could see me right then instead of making appointment for the repair. All was fixed in a few minutes and I was on my way. In and out in less than 20-30 minutes.
