Very Bad Experience with Service Department, Richard Torres has not been honest neither responsible, they have my 2022 Silverado High Country with 5k miles. They have it sitting there for 10 days now and no repairs have done to it. 9 days ago they had a list of the parts they needed and were 1 day away, now 9 days later they are still not there. (Obviously, no body ordered them) Now he says they will be in tomorrow. ( Well, yesterday he told me they would be in today, since parts were 1day away) Did I mention The past days I called and left a message and he never called me back until yesterday when I was on my way to the dealership. He claims he had covid, but even yesterday when he was there I called and left a voicemail and he didn't call me back, afternoon I called again and left a message with the front desk lady. At this point it's clear he doesn't care about me nor my truck. Did I mention they don't have a loaner for me? I been without a truck for 10 days and will be without it for about 10 days more,(now if they finally do what they say they will do) Richard Did apologize but his actions don't back up his apologies. I have proof that Richard Clearly ignored me. If I didn't check back with them over and over would they have ever called me? Humm who knows. by the way this is the 3rd repair that will be done to my New Truck, its the 3.0L diesel and its leaking/consumming a ton of oil, be carefull with this engines as well. I would never get my truck serviced here. There mechanics have to idea what they are doing. They couldn’t fix an oil leak. I had to take my truck in 3 time to get it fix. I bought a used Encore from Chuck Nash San Marcos. I bought it less then 6 months ago and have already been back too many times for repairs. They changed the brakes before I bought it and forgot to put bought it less then 6 months ago and have already been back too many times for repairs. They changed the brakes before I bought it and forgot to put grease. They said it "should" be ok. They didn't think they were damaged. Not to promising. They also chipped my paint and covered it up with what looks like paint that doesn't match, and didn't care. The service rep who helped me had an I don't care attitude. I took it back for an oil change. Car is running rough. Buzzing sound coming from dash. They think it may be transmission going out. Made arrangements to take it back. Two days later check engine light on, squeeling, and won't stay running. This time the service rep is GREAT! I know he knows how frustrated I am. I am paying so much for a new to me car, working two jobs and having to deal with all this together with having to buy a new battery because the car left me stranded. Needless to say I regret my decision to have bought a car from them. Got a call. Corrosion in the engine. Looks as if maybe this car was in a flood. I asked for them to wait and give me quote before doing work. I received a call saying repairs are done. Wait a minute, I have so many questions. If corrosion is in there and it already caused something to break, damage a coil thingy and my plugs and some. Corrosion already through the engine. Just an accident waiting to happen. More damage will show. I don't like the answers they give me telling me that just the way it is, or they do that sometime. I know there is more corrosion. It's already moved through damaging some things. Did they automagically get it rid of it out of the whole engine? Now I have to take it somewhere else to see so I can take it back to them and prove my case. I am a single mom working two jobs. This is the last thing I need. I guess it will be a call to Mr. Chuck Nash. More
