I don’t know where to begin! I have had an awful experience at Chuck Hutton on Shelby Drive. I purchased a vehicle from these people, and was quoted three different prices, I have documentation to b experience at Chuck Hutton on Shelby Drive. I purchased it because to be honest I was exhausted from looking at different vehicles. Of course the final offer was the highest on they quoted. I regret purchasing from them simply because of the way I’ve been handled thus far. Then I had drive out tags which of course usually dealerships give a couple of drive out tags prior to the real tags coming in, then they had already promised me a couple of drive outs only for me to come and pick up my extra key they had and supposedly a new drive out tag, well as you already guessed they denied me a drive out tag, which I also failed to mention that the price to the tags were not included in the final price of my vehicle even after they had lied about the total price of the vehicle. I had no idea that the price of the tags were not inclusive in the large price. I will not ever go back there for anything or recommend this particular dealership to any of my family and friends after I’ve been lied to, disregarded, humiliated and taken advantage of. I really don’t understand how people get away with treating people in the manner that I have been treated by these people. Buyers beware of the crocks here especially women that are single and in a bind already! They don’t stand by their word, their words aren’t bond. I have documentation and verified what I was told with the final price of the vehicle only to get taken advantage of and told a totally different price later, this is a legal binding contact when someone quoted a price then recanted.This is both unethical and unprofessional. This is my very first time having an experience with you so therefore I can only judge by the way you all have treated me. I see how you felt the need to input how many years that you have delivered excellent service, well I can only speak from experience and it was no where near exceptional for me. There has also been two different things I am being told once again, I am getting different stories from different people, I was told by my salesman(Bryant) that I would in fact get two more drive out tags so I am only going by what I am being told in your (trusted) salesmen. No-one has reached out to me to rectify this is situation not even so much as an apology for consistently getting conflicting information from person to person. Bryant tells me a solid price, I verify the price and make him repeat it several times then by the time of purchase there are significant differences and no one sees the reason why I am upset! Hog wash!!! Cow dung!!! The business professionalism, or lack thereof, I have received is not one that displays integrity and character at all, if you treat family and friends this way, heaven forbid! I have the text messages to back up my statements and I also know what I was told each time I verified information, even Bryant said he quoted me wrong, I have the proof I have no reason to lie on anyone. The misquote was not my fault neither was it my issue, the only thing I expected was to the price given to me be the price I would pay. When I picked up the vehicle is was not cleaned out, I know it was late but I should have been advised to pick it up at a later date or wait until it was done right. Instead I was told I had weather tech mats take them to the car wash and pressure wash them, then the car had no gas in the tank. i am a female but I know how it should go when purchasing a vehicle. For one the first price should have been honored because that is what I, the customer, was quoted, secondly I know the vehicle should have been spotless, with a tank of gas. I was looking for a Nissan rogue or Toyota highlander, I was offered the Equinox, more expensive? The facts concerning my purchase has be erroneous from the start. More

I have been dealing with Chuck Hutton dealerships for 28 years now. They have always been extraordinary to deal with and very pleasant. Chuck Hutton Toyota is incredibly well managed. Prices in their servic years now. They have always been extraordinary to deal with and very pleasant. Chuck Hutton Toyota is incredibly well managed. Prices in their service department are always fair, their finance department is always efficient and talented at getting deals done, and their sales people are very knowledgeable about their products. And of course their manager, Mr. Young Kim, is top notch. I enjoyed dealing with Brice Bivens and Fred Blose, the sales team that handled this transaction. More
