I called the dealership and told them I wanted the Highlander that was for sale. Literally I was approved within an hour. The dealership was almost 3 hours away from me. I had plans to hopefully pi Highlander that was for sale. Literally I was approved within an hour. The dealership was almost 3 hours away from me. I had plans to hopefully pick it up on the weekend, which was 3 days away. Denise was absolutely AMAZING. She delivered the Highlander to me at 9:30 pm. She drove those 3 hours to deliver MY vehicle! If that isn't customer service, I don't know what is. It truly was one of the best customer experiences I have had. More
