If only all car sales reps were like him! Chris was excellent in the way he figured out what I needed to know with regard to the differences between our 2009 Prius and the 2010 IV. His checkout in the IV was complete and he clearly knows what he is talking about and enjoys his work. I have never seen this kind of service before ... with the new technology in current vehicles, a proper checkout is essential. (I fly MD-11s for a living and approach any new equipment with the same mindset) We are "sold" on Toyota. Chuck Hutton dealership has two top notch employees in both Syed and Chris. I had just written a review about my wonderful experience buying a new car from Bill Webb last year on Friday. The very next day, my husband's work truck broke down for good. I was not in the market to buy a car, but my car was hit (while parked and luckily unoccupied) and it was totaled so I suddenly was in the market! I wanted to buy something environmentally friendly, so I rented a Prius to see if I liked it. I really liked the way it handled and the ride was very comfortable. I went on line and looked at all the option packages. I picked out the options that I wanted and contacted Chuck Hutton Toyota. Bill Webb called me and said that they did not have one in stock, but he found one for me and said he could have it delivered. He sent a quote to me via email and I agreed to buy it sight unseen. I told him that was probably the craziest thing I have ever done, buying a car over the phone without seeing it first. The car was at the dealership in a couple of days. When I picked up the car Chris Todd went over all of the operation features (which there are many) with me before I drove it off the lot. He was very patient with an older somewhat "technologically challenged" woman. I am very pleased with my purchase and the whole experience that I have had with this dealship. I am glad that I could get the car I wanted from a local dealer who supports so many organizations in my community. More

Bill was so wonderful to work with. He was laid-back, not pushy, and knowledgeable and friendly. I have followed him to Wolfchase Toyota and Now to C has been servicing my car for more than seven years. I first met him at Covington Pike Toyota. I have followed him to Wolfchase Toyota and Now to Chuck Hutton. He is honest and caring. When I leave my car under his supervision, I know that I am going to get excellent treatment. I went to Wolfchase a couple of time after he had left, and I received terrible treatment. They damaged my car and did not fix the damage. Gary would have not let that happen. When I meet a Toyota owner and they need a contact person for service, I always reccommend Gary. He is the best. More
