I started out searching for a vehicle in November 2012, but I didn't purchase until March 2013. I was referred to Mr. Hayes through someone else who made a recent Toyota Camry purchase through him. Overall but I didn't purchase until March 2013. I was referred to Mr. Hayes through someone else who made a recent Toyota Camry purchase through him. Overall, Mr. Hayes did an excellent job all across the board. His customer service skills were excellent. He wasn't pushy. He was friendly, very realistic, and he gave me the best deal possible. He didn't make me feel pressured to buy anything I didn't want. He didn't even pressure me to buy something when I wasn't ready. I took my time to shop around. I even had obstacles such as illness in the family, and death. He was very patient with me, and his patience is why I chose to make my purchase through him. I came to the dealership a total of 3 times within a period of 3 months before I purchased my 2013 Toyota Corolla, and he still remembered my name. The price of my car was a very decent price in my opinion. I would definitely refer him to someone else. He definitely gets an A+ from me! More

David was really great to work with. His honesty and integrity was much appreciated. We were able to do the majority of the negotiating over the phone which was very convenient for me since I live 30 m integrity was much appreciated. My husband came in originally to look for a used car for me and said Brice was personable and reasonable. As I was not able to go with my husband the first time he talked to Brice, I went with him the next me and said Brice was personable and reasonable. As I was not able to go with my husband the first time he talked to Brice, I went with him the next day to talk to Brice again. He showed us several used cars, but as the prices were not very flexible (they were reasonable to begin with for used corollas, so we understood that the prices couldn't be very flexible) we inquired about new cars instead. Brice walked us through different models and features, we discussed what we wanted and what would be best for us financially, and we were able to get a deal we thought was extremely fair. Since we had done some research on corollas, we got what we felt was a more than fair price, and with the discounts, walked away with a brand new car for less than any relatively new used cars we had found in the Memphis area. We did price compare with a few other places, but no one in the area could match or beat it, or if they came close, they did not have the car in stock. Brice was patient (since we came and went several times before making the deal) and seemed sincere/honest throughout the process. We had not intended on finding a car so quickly, but the price couldn't be beat anywhere else (and even used corollas cost more than the new one we got) and we appreciated Brice giving us what we knew to be a fair deal and not being pushy. We hope that this continues to be the standard of service given to customers and as such, would recommend this dealer, and Brice in particular, to anyone looking for a new/used car. More

After visiting several dealerships, we finally made progress here. The experience with a family owned dealership was significantly different and what you would expect when making this type of investme progress here.
