The night before we had been to another dealership because of their ad on their website. Call it false advertising, bait and switch, whatever. I really didn't want to go to another dealership. I had seen a used car on Car Max that I was interested in but my mechanic suggested Chuck Hutton and my husband convinced me to go. I am so glad I did. I was able to get a new car for only $1000 more than the used car at Car Max. After we told Mark what we wanted, it was less than 10 minutes and the deal was done. Mark made the experience so easy and I actually trusted him without thinking "what's the catch". I would recommend Mark and Chuck Hutton Toyota to anyone, and this is coming from a woman who hates to shop for anything, especially a car. More

My husband and I recently came to work in this country and we were in the unfortunate and expensive position of having to rent vehicles to get us around. Needless to say, a dealership is only as good as the quality of their employees, therefore it was strongly recommended that we be attended to by undoubtably one of their best, Matt Jackson. It would have been easy for most businesses to take advantage of people in my position (new resident), but he took the job very seriously of finding the vehicle that most suited us (my husband and I) at the lowest possible price. Mr. Jackson was and is clearly a very friendly person who excels at what he does. He made sure that we didn't leave the dealership that day without getting what we came for. Both my husband and I drove out of the dealership that afternoon with two brand new vehicles at very reasonable prices. The after sales service is also very impressive. We were given complimentary post sale custom care packages (protective coats on both vehicles to protect the paint jobs, etc) and the friendly maintenance team made it clear that they want to see us when it's time to return for the complimentary routine maintenance. We have constantly been invited to new owner meetings to mingle with other new owners of the same vehicle (which is a nice touch) but unfortunately, due to the nature of my job, I have been unable to attend. The effort however has not gone unnoticed. The overall environment of this dealership felt warm and family like and the overall experience was pleasing. I can call anytime if I have any questions and if they miss my call, they return it before the day is out. I am pleased I gave them my business and I would definitely recommend this dealership to others. More
