This was the second toyota dealership I stopped at, the first one I wasn't too impressed with. I met up with mark and talked about the different tacomas that were on the lot. What first got my attention was his knowledge of the different tacoma packages. We went thru all the details on a couple different trucks and he made it very easy for me to decide on what kind of truck I wanted to buy. I felt more than comfortable dealing with mark, he knew everything there was to know about the truck I bought. I traded in a tacoma to buy a new one and they gave me a lot more for my trade in, I mean a lot more. The other toyota dealership I first dealt with didn't even come close to what mark offered me. What sold me to this deal more than anything was marks knowledge of the vehicle I bought, he went over everything with me. The actual part of buying the truck was a breeze, I was in and out in no time at all. This whole process was completely hassle free. After the deal was done, mark took me over to the service department, explained how things worked over there and introduced me to the folks there. There wasn't one locally, so Mitch James got on the computer to locate one. After finding a car for us, Mitch then began calling the dealership to transfer the car to Memphis. During this time, Mark stayed with us and kept us updated on how things were going. Because of the hard work and dedication of these two employees, we were able to buy a 2014 Camry XLE that was exactly what we wanted. When we picked up the car, Mark spent time showing us how all the apps worked, and he synced our phones to the Bluetooth.
