Quick and Easy I have not previously purchased a car online, but I was lucky enough to find Chuck Hutton through the Cars.com app (they are roughly a 4.5 hour drive I have not previously purchased a car online, but I was lucky enough to find Chuck Hutton through the Cars.com app (they are roughly a 4.5 hour drive from the house). I submitted an inquiry through the app and was contacted immediately. They then put me in touch with Austin Mitchell. Austin was very knowledgeable salesperson and was able to answer every technical question I had. Additionally, they were able to (remotely) help estimate the value of my trade-in. Ultimately they honored their pricing, gave fair extended warranty/service plan pricing and a fair price on the trade-in. Austin went as far as to deliver the car and pickup the trade-in, making the final process quick and painless.
