Bad experience doing routine oil change I was serviced my Toyota FJ cruiser today (oil change and tire rotation) and I am very disappointed. The car, after the service was done, was very dirty. Also I left and in the middle of town, 12 miles away, and I notice that something hanging under my car. it turns to be the cover of the housing where the oil filter is. They did not attach one side and it was hanging on one screw only. I went back there and they corrected the issue. That's very unprofessional for a dealer this size. I want to warn people to be careful and check everything on their cars before they leave the dealership. I will NOT recommend this dealership for service, to anyone. Thanks Mike More
