I could tell he was completely in tune because he pulled up in this beautiful 2018 Toyota Tundra Limited crew cab with all the options I wanted and more! No Follow Up I received a pre-approval letter in the mail so I decided to contact the dealership about possibly purchasing a vehicle. I knew that I had credit chal I received a pre-approval letter in the mail so I decided to contact the dealership about possibly purchasing a vehicle. I knew that I had credit challenges so I didn’t want to go to the the dealership n waste time looking around and getting my hopes up for no reason; so I called and spoke to Mr Robinson and gave all of my information over the phone/email. After a few days and several phone calls between Mr. Robinson and myself there was an issue with me being upside down on my current vehicle. I explained to Mr Robinson that if I needed to wait n save more money down, that’s fine because I was not in a state of desperation; and I didn’t want a ridiculously high car note. He said ok n he’d let me know how it worked out n what my options were. That was on August 31, and to date I have yet to hear a word back from him. This is extremely unprofessional and appalling. Being turned down is not the issue for me (that’s life) but the fact that I didn’t even receive a phone call, letter, email, or anything is my number problem. Believe it or not, a little customer service goes a long way...When I’m in a better credit/financial position I plan on shopping for a new vehicle again, but I definitely will not be doing that at Chuck Hutton Toyota. More
