Chuck Hutton wasn't on the radar at all until I did a pre-approval with a direct lender. I was shocked to see that a Toyota dealership even had the car!!!! I had been looking at a similar car out of state but instead of having the other car shipped, I chose to visit the Chuck Hutton dealership instead since it was closer. The car had all the features and specs I wanted except for 1. I'm good with that! Dianna Madera, who first called me, was professional. Earl Gregory was efficient about moving the process along once we got there. Mitch James was holding his ground but gave me a some financial wiggle room. Thanks again Mitch! I will say Larry Johnson in finance was very professional as well. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the deal, the interaction of the employees, and would definitely recommend CHUCK HUTTON TOYOTA.
