Then he took our trade-in to Young Kim in management and we were treated fairly so that the all-in price of our new car was in line with what we hoped to pay. Finance Manager Richard Speros explained our financing options clearly in layman's terms. He patiently answered our questions as we completed the paperwork so that we left his office with peace of mind. Before we left, Chris Todd did a masterful job of explaining the features of our new car. We were shocked to learn about some of the features that were actually present with our previous car but we had not known about them. This was by far our favorite car-buying experience to date! More

I responded with an offer of $25,000 with my trade. She asked me to come by to have the car appraised. So after I got there they changed the offer. The offer sheet had my trade at $4500 but the total was still $30,000. So I guess they thought I was willing to give them my car for free?
