Sales manager and GM was very helpful i had bought a car earlier this month I didn't have the car for 4 hours and found out the transmission was messed up so I talk to the people they took i had bought a car earlier this month I didn't have the car for 4 hours and found out the transmission was messed up so I talk to the people they took the car so it can get fix they had it for a week and when I had got it back the same thing happened again so I end up getting my money back and found a car at Nissan I got it a couple of days later it messes up and it's a used car sold as is but they where nice enough to fix my car with no charger More
GM is rude. Sales people clueless! We had been looking for a vehicle for the past couple of weeks. We found a vehicle at this dealership. When we showed up we were met by Andrew and a s We had been looking for a vehicle for the past couple of weeks. We found a vehicle at this dealership. When we showed up we were met by Andrew and a sales manager who assisted us throughout the car buying process. The first problem was that apparently keeping track of days is not something they can handle. We were going to come back, since they were over an hour away, to bring in our trade-in. They said it would be fine. However, we were almost home when they called us to tell us that we had to have everything done by Sunday or the price would increase on Monday. FYI, at the beginning of the month they INCREASE all the prices on their cars. This is what the salesperson and the sales manager told us. After rearranging schedules, husband is in the service, we were able to come back by Sunday. The second problem was that NO ONE told us it had been in an accident. We had to ask for the carfax and that was when they told us about it. They never offered the carfax at anytime and now I know why. When I told him I did not see it online, I was told, "well you can buy it through USAA." The final issue: My husband recently received a phone call from their company threatening us with legal action because we owed money. The GM even told me that he believed we were trying to get away without paying. This "clerical error", as the GM referred to it, involved their salesman, who no longer works there, and a sales manager who did not process the paperwork correctly. A think it is more than a "clerical error" when it involves thousands of dollars. The sales people added that we were putting down a down payment, but this was never mentioned or discussed. Due to their salesperson AND sales manager incorrectly putting in information, we are left jumping through hoops to fix this. I wanted to return it, but the GM, who was quite rude and does not understand customer service, told me I could not and again threatened that if I did not fix this issue, that was their fault, by Monday they would take legal action. The entire time speaking with this GM was awful. Basically my husband and I are the problem and we are the reason for the threats and what have you. Even though he admitted his people made the "clerical error", it was still our fault. So here is my advice, GO ELSEWHERE. It is clear that not only do their salespeople not know what they are doing, but their Managers do not know what they are doing either. If you want to purchase from here you better have someone who knows what they are doing and have the paperwork triple checked and do not let them handle the finance check. More

FAMILY VISIT I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT CARLOCK. IT WAS LIKE BEING AT HOME WITH FAMILY. THEY KNEW ME ,YET WE HAD JUST MET FOR THE FIRST TIME. MY NEEDS WERE MET WITH I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT CARLOCK. IT WAS LIKE BEING AT HOME WITH FAMILY. THEY KNEW ME ,YET WE HAD JUST MET FOR THE FIRST TIME. MY NEEDS WERE MET WITHOUT QUESTION AND I GOT EVERYTHING I NEEDED JUST BY ASKING. THEY FIT MY BUDGET RIGHT AWAY AND I AM SO HAPPY THEY ARE HOMETOWN PEOPLE. THE CUSTOMER IS SUPPOSED TO COME FIRST, WELL THIS IS WHERE THEY DO.
