Maintenance Went for oil change. Said that we had services that needed to be done. Charged about 1400 dollars. Got home and the back sliding door would not open. Went for oil change. Said that we had services that needed to be done. Charged about 1400 dollars. Got home and the back sliding door would not open. Took back. Said it was not caused by the service. Awesome Heather Martin was great I was in Carlock Nissan and my salesman Heather was great! She knew every answer to every question on the 2016 Titan diesel that I asked. Nissan was AMAZING! I was having a hard time getting financed for a vehicle because my credit is not so great. Heather went above and beyond to find a vehicle I could aff I was having a hard time getting financed for a vehicle because my credit is not so great. Heather went above and beyond to find a vehicle I could afford the monthly payments with. I told her upfront I had challenged credit, and she still treated me respectfully unlike serra who had treated me like I was wasting their time. Because of Heather I was able to leave in my brand new 2016 Nissan, and I felt appreciated. Everyone at Nissan went above and beyond to make me feel like I was an appreciated guest. Carlock Nissan has earned ALL of my business from here on out.. service and future car purchases. Earl Tyler was super friendly in the finance department, and went out of his way to accommodate my needs too. The GM Mr. Marin was kind enough to take the extra time to get me approved after Serra had already told me I wouldn't find someone to approve me without a co-signer. I have to send huge thanks to Heather and all those involved with Carlock Nissan who took the extra steps to make sure I had a vehicle I liked, could afford, has great safety reviews, and gets phenomenal gas mileage!
