The only thing I didn't like was the fact that I wanted a RED Equinox but it was overlooked so to speak and you had 3 car lots I still regret not getting RED car because it has been my DREAM. However, Richard Jemison treated me like ROYALTY and I take my HAT off to him. I appreciated Mr. Loran and his hospitality along with Mr. Ricky (finance manager).There was also another man that assisted as well but I can't remember his name but he was very helpful as well. Chuck Hutton was just OUTSTANDING in there service to me and my family and I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. Chuck Hutton I would have definitely wanted a RED Equinox and I still DO. More
Poor Service We brought our truck in on 9-11-17 of 217.30 wasn't battery. Took it back in today of 547.29 left shop thirty min wouldn't start. Now he say it's the starter, keep in mind sales consultant told us they check the starter Friday on 9-14-17, she lied. Feed up I need my truck repaired or my money back paid all this money now no one will answer the service consultant, Please call me 901-406-7000! More

Car STILL Not Fixed. HORRIBLE. I paid $1100 to have my car serviced, after a full diagnostic and I didn't make it 5 minutes off of the lot. The best service I have ever had We are from Canada and were traveling thru Memphis on a Friday when the check engine light came on, on my 2016 Chev 2500 HD Duramax diesel. We pulled We are from Canada and were traveling thru Memphis on a Friday when the check engine light came on, on my 2016 Chev 2500 HD Duramax diesel. We pulled into a Chev dealership in Memphis unannounced and were told that it was probably the DEF tank and that I would have to leave the truck as their diesel tech was busy, when I explained that we were from Canada the service advisor told us to go to Chuck Hutton Chevrolet as they were the biggest dealer in the area and would be able to take care of us. So we drove to Chuck Hutton Chevrolet and pulled in around 2:30pm (on a Friday afternoon remember) A service advisor I believe his name was Sean took care of us. After I explained that we were from Canada and just passing thru, he took care of us on the spot, the service was unbelievable, they found the problem and replaced the DEF reservoir tank and we were on the road again by 4:30. UNBELIEVABLE By far the best service we have ever had at a dealership of any make. Way to go Sean. More
