I bought a 2016 Chevy Malibu in 2016 and I have had issues since the day I purchased it!!! Every time I take my car for an oil change they ALWAYS want to say there is something else I need to get repaired on my car. REALLY!? It was fine when I brought it up there!! Like MalibuDoll stated, no need to make an appointment because you going to have to wait as if you were a walk-in customer!! And as Robert stated, they will mess up your vehicle and act as though it was like that when you brought it in!! Every time I left my car there, when I pick it up, scratches are all over it!!! The week after purchasing my car, I kept hearing what sounded like fluids or water gushing through the dashboard every time drove it. I kept telling them about it and of course they kept blowing it off and saying that it "probably" is air pockets in the line and it will clear up. Well as of today, 08/22/18, it's still doing it!! A month ago, I made an "APPOINTMENT" to get my car checked on because my car's, less than two yrs old, dashboard began to vibrate (sounds like one of those little cars they put those large pipes on) and riding hard whether it was idled or sitting still. I was told that it would take two weeks before they could do a diagnostics on my car. Again, REALLY!? Needless to say, I left my car and was given a loaner car. Only to be told that if they do not have my car looked at or repaired within 5 days that I would have to pay $30 a day to keep the loaner car or pickup my car and wait another two weeks to receive the loaner again. Long story short, I kept the loaner car after I spoke with the service rep who told me to keep the car and not to worry about the $30 a day. It took them TWO WEEKS to do a diagnostic on my car only to come back and tell me that the AC line was not secured nor the compressor bracket and it would cost me over $800!! I told them that sounds like a manufacture malfunction because NO ONE has been under my car hood but CHUCK HUTTON CHEVROLET since I bought the car and if anything is wrong with it, it was done by them or the "FOREVER WARRANTY" should cover it. They said no because they will have to remove the compressor to tighten everything they it should. Again I asked, WHAT DOES THAT HAVE TO DO WITH ME!?! After paying a #$@% $137.00 just for a diagnostic, I left with my car doing the same crap!!! I called Darryl Downs who tried the blow the same smoke up my @$$!! Then he, Darryl, had the AUDACITY to ask me do I have an extended warranty with some other company?! I asked him "Who the xxxx really looks into getting an extended warranty on a vehicle less than two yrs old???" I then asked him what is the xxxx "FOREVER WARRANTY" good for? Of course, NOT $#!&!!! Then they want to say that if you take you car to another mechanic it will void you warranty...WHAT xxxx WARRANTY?? Seeing that Darryl Downs was on the same crap as the his employees in the service department, I reached out to Kerry Melson. Left him, Kerry, SEVERAL MESSAGES and as of today not one return call!!! If you want a reliable vehicle, great service department and upper management who cares about their customers, DO NOT GO TO CHUCK HUTTON CHEVROLET on MT. MORIAH in MEMPHIS ,TN!! With all my might, I will be convincing one of the groups who has a car showcase there to chose another location due to this treatment! More

They will go on break without telling you or letting another worker know, so you’re stuck waiting on your car even though it’s finished and parked up front! They don’t honor coupons. You will do better going to Jiffy Lube or letting someone else service your car. More

I picked my car up about 2pm but didn't notice anthing until I got home. So I called them about 4 but they were closed. I called on Monday to speak to my service advisor and the operator said she would give him the message. I waited but no one called me back. So finally I got a call on Monday June 11 from Author asking was everything ok with my car and I explained to him that someone ripped my driver seat. So I scheduled an appointment to go in the next day on Tuesday to talk to the service advisor Darryl and he was very uncooperative about the situation because he walked very slow to my car. He also talk to his employees that was already helping someone with their car and I said here's my car here...I opened the door. He said ok...ok just wait. But why wait when you are standing next to my car. He looked at the rip in my seat and said that's wear and tear. I said it's not because this is a new car. 2017 Camaro. He said yes it is and I'm not paying for it! And walked away leaving me standing there by myself. More

Well here it is 6 months later they took the car back said they couldn't get it financed right before Christmas I have no way no were I am so hurt and depressed my car was my life I practically lived in it I had so much to do plus I gave up my other car thinking that car was mine they should of had my car financed when I walked out door I am so disappointed at Todd and Ricky only thing they could offer was a ride home no alternative to sorry worst day of my life like losing a family member. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that I wanted a RED Equinox but it was overlooked so to speak and you had 3 car lots I still regret not getting RED car because it has been my DREAM. However, Richard Jemison treated me like ROYALTY and I take my HAT off to him. I appreciated Mr. Loran and his hospitality along with Mr. Ricky (finance manager).There was also another man that assisted as well but I can't remember his name but he was very helpful as well. Chuck Hutton was just OUTSTANDING in there service to me and my family and I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. Chuck Hutton I would have definitely wanted a RED Equinox and I still DO. More
Poor Service We brought our truck in on 9-11-17 of 217.30 wasn't battery. Took it back in today of 547.29 left shop thirty min wouldn't start. Now he say it's the starter, keep in mind sales consultant told us they check the starter Friday on 9-14-17, she lied.
