My wife and I had seen a Chevy HHR and she commented on how she liked it. I did some research and found that this vehicle would suit our needs. I started searching online using autotrader for a new or like how she liked it. I did some research and found that this vehicle would suit our needs. I started searching online using autotrader for a new or like new HHR model. The one I found in the color and options we wanted was at Chuck Hutton Chevrolet on Mt. Moriah in Memphis, TN. After looking over the online photo display, the only question was if it was still avaiable. I called the number listed and it was promptly answered by a very friendly and knowledgeable sales-person named Janet Wilson. She assured me that the vehicle was still available. I told her that we wold like to come and test drive the vehicle. She said that would be fine and asked about what time we would be there as the dealership was scheduled to close at 6:00 pm in observance of Easter weekend. We drove to the dealership and were greeted by friendly faces everywhere. Janet was assisting another customer so a very nice young gentleman named Freeman, ( I apologize that I do not remeber his whole name ) assisted my wife and I. We had brought along our family pet, an Old English Sheepdog, so we took turns test driving the vehicle. While my wife was driving, I kept our dog outside and several people came up to talk and pet "Wynston". My wife had the same experience while I was test driving, and even some customers came over. While I was inside closing the deal, Freeman had taken some water out for Wynston. Scott in finance was very helpful, and although it was past 6:00pm, they made sure that everything was in order so we could take the Chevy HHR home. After Scott and I finished, Janet went over the features of the vehicle and also assisted me in setting up the On Star account. I realize that this is a little lengthy, but our experience was a very good one. I highly reccomend this dealership and all their employees we have had the priveledge of meeting. Brought my car in at 8 am and was promised it back by by afternoon. By 3 pm did not hear back. Gary Little was gone. I spoke to someone who told me my car was not looked at yet. They promised to have the manager call back. No one called back. Called again at 5 pm. Car was not looked at yet!!!! I asked to talk to a manager. He is in a meeting. My car would not be ready today. I have doctor appointment in the morning and 6 kids to get to school. Already asked all my friends to help get my kids home from school and after school activities. Waiting for a manager to call me back. Will he???? Last time I was at this dealership I left my car from an oil change. Car was not washed as promised and the inside sticker was not changed. This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered!!!!! I wonder how many vehicles were placed ahead of mine. More

Everytime I go to Chuck Hutton their service dept just impresses me more and more. They always take the time to identify me and make my time spent a very pleasant experience. Brought my car in for a routine safety recall. Ended up with a car that drove WORSE than when I brought it in. When I brought it back, I was treated like I didn't know what I was talking about and that the with a car that drove WORSE than when I brought it in. When I brought it back, I was treated like I didn't know what I was talking about and that the car was "fine". (NO ONE would take the car back into the garage to investigate the noises because they were "busy") The manager even suggested that I "learn how to drive the car better" and "get used to it". Sorry, these LINES aren't acceptable. My car is whining and hissing now...the mangager told me it was "coincidental" that IMMEDIATELY after I left the garage I noticed the car was driving very differently and making noises. It sounds like a diesel truck at times. THE CAR ONLY HAS 40,000 MILES. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID. THEY DON'T STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK!!!!!!!!!!! More
