Brought my car in at 8 am and was promised it back by by afternoon. By 3 pm did not hear back. Gary Little was gone. I spoke to someone who told me my car was not looked at yet. They promised to have the manager call back. No one called back. Called again at 5 pm. Car was not looked at yet!!!! I asked to talk to a manager. He is in a meeting. My car would not be ready today. I have doctor appointment in the morning and 6 kids to get to school. Already asked all my friends to help get my kids home from school and after school activities. Waiting for a manager to call me back. Will he???? Last time I was at this dealership I left my car from an oil change. Car was not washed as promised and the inside sticker was not changed. This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered!!!!! I wonder how many vehicles were placed ahead of mine. More

Brought my car in for a routine safety recall. Ended up with a car that drove WORSE than when I brought it in. When I brought it back, I was treated like I didn't know what I was talking about and that the with a car that drove WORSE than when I brought it in. (NO ONE would take the car back into the garage to investigate the noises because they were "busy") The manager even suggested that I "learn how to drive the car better" and "get used to it". Sorry, these LINES aren't acceptable. My car is whining and hissing now...the mangager told me it was "coincidental" that IMMEDIATELY after I left the garage I noticed the car was driving very differently and making noises. It sounds like a diesel truck at times. THE CAR ONLY HAS 40,000 MILES. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID. THEY DON'T STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK!!!!!!!!!!! More
