This is the third auto we have purchased from Doris at Chuck Hutton. She works hard to find what we want, even if we are not sure. A very pleasant experience for something most people do not want to do. She had three different autos lined up for us to look at and we knew exactly what the price was going to be before we went in. I went into the service department rather late in the day, not expecting much in the form of service given the time (around 4:30 pm). My 1997 Saturn had a squeak in its clutch pedal that, no matter how m day, not expecting much in the form of service given the time (around 4:30 pm). My 1997 Saturn had a squeak in its clutch pedal that, no matter how much I tried, I could not fix. Bill Ashmore noted my concern and, understanding that I was to drive cross-country the following day, called over Billy Hampton to give it a quick check. Five minutes later, Billy had the clutch working like normal (he oiled a location that I couldn't get to). I thanked both of the men and when I asked how much the service cost, Bill told me nothing... just to have a great day. I realize that this wasn't a major service, but given the time of the day and their visible workload, I am extremely appreciative of both Bill and Billy in helping me out. I don't know what I would've done if I had to listen to that squeaking on the next few days' drive! I'm extremely satisfied with the customer service I received. More

He was very polite.....friendly........and so very helpful which made the whole process less stressful. Our prior experiences buying a vehicle was not as good as this one....by any means........the sales person always made us feel pressured.....and that is something i do not like and would never buy anything i was pressured into. We can't say enough wonderful things about Aref......he does his job well....and we are absolutely in love with our Tahoe.......thanks Aref. Scott Mitchell was our finance guy during this process.....our experience with him was great as well........what a fun person he was...polite and so friendly....and made the whole buying process much easier.......nothing but good things to say about him...thanks Scott for everything. My husband decided that I needed a new car, and my birthday was the right opportunity. He brought home this brand-spanking-new Chevy Equinox LT in the most gorgeous candy-apple red, fully loaded, and birthday was the right opportunity. He brought home this brand-spanking-new Chevy Equinox LT in the most gorgeous candy-apple red, fully loaded, and said I should drive it for a couple of days to see if I liked it. I told him the next day that I really did like it! So he negotiated with the folks at Chuck Hutton and came home with a price we could live with. My old car has been serviced at Chuck Hutton for the past 10 years, so I knew I wouldn't have to worry about that end of the deal. From the minute I walked into the dealership, everybody was just so nice! My salesperson, Janet Wilson, explained everything about the car to me and even helped me transfer everything out of my old car into the new one. I'd know Janet from the Jeep dealership where I'd looked at a Jeep a few years ago, and was really glad to see her again at Chuck Hutton Chevrolet. She's the kind of sales person who doesn't push you, and she provides you with all the information you need to make a sound decision. Both Janet and Karl Johanson sat in the car with me and set up my Bluetooth and On-Star. So now I know that I'm driving a computer on wheels! Thanks to both of them, I'm a lot more confident in what I'm driving!! Of course, before I could leave the lot, I had to pay a visit to Keith Burgess. He made sure that I understood the papers I was signing and kept asking if I had any questions at all. Keith was a pleasure to deal with, even as he took my money. All in all, yes, I would definitely recommend Chuck Hutton Chevrolet to anyone who's in the market for a new car...or a new-to-them car. And I wholeheartedly recommend Janet Wilson as the salesperson to go to! More
