Rumors from people say that car salesmen want you to buy a car way out of your comfort zone, but this is not true. My sales consultant Aref talked with me before he showed me a car, he made me feel comfortable and was concern about my needs. He asked many question and was not concern about just making a sale, that was true customer service. Aref was very professional he was not trying to sell me the highest car on the lot just to make commission he care about my needs.What was surprising to me that he was knowledgeable about all the cars on the lot, gas mileage and the safe. He really knew what he was talking about because when I got home I google some of cars he talked about WOW.
