Poor customer service, they had two my car over 8 months, they can’t fix them. I will be filing a law suit in small claims shortly. My car is still there! Watch out when you buy a car there, they mark up with a sticker on the side of the mfg sticker marking up items that are standard on the car from the factory. More

Poor Service Advisor October 28, 2019 at 8:18AM I arrived at the Chuck Hutton Chevy service department (without an appointment) for an oil change and a tire rotation along October 28, 2019 at 8:18AM I arrived at the Chuck Hutton Chevy service department (without an appointment) for an oil change and a tire rotation along with possible tire leak. My service advisor was 5144 Tammy Chaparro and my repair number was 228720. At the beginning Tammy was very nice and welcoming when getting my ticket ready for service. She asked if I would be waiting in the lounge area. I told her yes I would be. While waiting for Tammy to type up my service ticket she made a comment about another customer's temperament and then goes on to say because its Monday the customer is moody right in front of me and another service advisor. That made me feel uncomfortable hoping she doesn't talk about me if I have a concern. There definitely was a concern that did come up while waiting over two hours in the lounge. Tammy did not check in on me (updates about my tire) during my two hour wait. I politely gained the attention of another service advisor who came in the lounge to retrieve his customer to please check the status of my car. He was very nice and said that he would. About ten minutes later I get a phone call from Tammy letting me know that my car was ready. Keep in mind Tammy has come to the lounge to retrieve two of her customers before me. Why wasn't I treated with the same respect by coming to get me like her other customers even her having knowledge from the beginning that I was indeed going to wait in the lounge. Instead I get a phone call and walked to her desk for my ticket/pay out. I found that unprofessional and rude. Tammy tired apologizing for the long wait because she requested service to check my tire again for the leak but claim they didn't find anything wrong (she never gave me this status during my two hour wait). I am still concerned about that tire and will keep an eye on it. While waiting for my receipt and paperwork Tammy goes on again to say its a Monday and she would whether be somewhere else cozy and warm. Again that made me feel uncomfortable and that she didn't like having to service me (hence why she didn't come to the lounge to get me when my car was finished at 10:42AM). Lastly Tammy doesn't tell me where my car is parked and goes on to explain she can't see where the guys park the cars but it should be over there (pointing far right hand side towards the parking lot while siting from her chair). At this point I want to get far away from Tammy because of her lackluster customer service on this Monday. I will not make the mistake again of not making an appointment and request the services of Donna Williams. Who has given me nothing but amazing and courteous customer service no matter the day of the week. More
Service Department - Poor Customer Service I called the service department today(07/01/2019) for my 2013 Chevy impala and I spoke with Amanda. I told her I was having an issue with my car and I called the service department today(07/01/2019) for my 2013 Chevy impala and I spoke with Amanda. I told her I was having an issue with my car and wanted to know how much it would be get it diagnosed. She said the fee would be $127. I agreed to the fee and Amanda set me up an appointment for 12 noon with Tammy. I arrived at the dealership and walked inside to see Tammy. Tammy was busy so she asked that I remain at my car and she would come out to me see me as soon as she could. I waited for over 20 minutes and Tammy finally came out. She apologized for the delay and scanned my vehicle for issues. Tammy told me that they were backed up and would take 2-3 days for them to diagnose my car. I agreed to leave my car with them for a few days. After reviewing the electronic printout for my car, Tammy told me there were 2 potential issues and I would have to pay $127 for each issue that was being diagnosed. I told Tammy that Amanda said it would only be $127 in total for the diagnostic testing. Tammy told me once again that I would have to pay $254 just for the diagnostic testing. I told her to cancel the service because I wasn’t going to pay $254 for a diagnostic test. I wasted over 30 minutes at this dealership and I hope you don’t have to go thru this. This location is understaffed and they just don’t have enough people to provide a good quality service experience. If you take your vehicle here for servicing be prepared to wait an extended period. Call ahead to get a quote and hopefully they will honor it when you arrive. More
Very poor service I took my 2018 Silverado to Chuck Hutton for its first routine service (oil change, tire rotation, etc.). I was charged for a rental vehicle after the I took my 2018 Silverado to Chuck Hutton for its first routine service (oil change, tire rotation, etc.). I was charged for a rental vehicle after they were unable to finish my routine service in one day, even though the truck has a full and extended warranty. I decided to give Chuck Hutton a second chance when it came time for my second routine service as well as checking a tire pressure sensor that was out. This time they were able to complete the service in one day’s time; however, when I got the truck back the TPMS sensors (tire pressure sensors) would not register in any of the tires. Back to the dealership the vehicle was sent where they charged me for the tire sensor and labor, claiming that the reputable vendor that changed the tires on the vehicle broke the sensor. The tires were replaced in August of 2018 (receipt as proof) and the tire sensor stopped registering in January of 2019 (Onstar vehicle diagnostics as proof). I will not be returning to Chuck Hutton for my next service nor purchasing my next vehicle from them. More

Warranty work on my newly leased Equinox Greg Kinsey was right on my problem from the "get go". Gave me a call several times while work was being completed. Disappointed I had a very frustrating experience with this service center. I called the center on 11/1 to inquire about having another key made for my vehicle. I was told that it could be done, but I could not make it to the service center prior to closing. I had my City Express towed to the dealership on that Saturday morning about 8:30 am. I was told that it would be about 2:30 p.m. before it was finished. At around 11 a.m. I received a call that it would not be completed on Saturday, but they would get to it first thing Monday. At this point I had to rent a vehicle as I need mine for work. On Monday morning 11/5 I received a call about 8:30 a.m. that there weren't any keys in stock for the vehicle so the keys would have to be ordered, adding another day. I asked if she was certain it would be ready because I would have to pay an additional $60 to keep my vehicle another day and she said yes they would get to it first thing Tuesday. On Tuesday I didn't hear from anyone at all. I called and left 3 messages for the advisor and no one called me back. At my lunch time, noon, I drove to the service center. At this point I was told that it would be ready at 2:00 p.m. It was ready at the time stated at this point. However, it was very frustration not to have good, concrete information while having to rent a vehicle. The labor charge was more than expected as well. The advisor said this was because two keys had to be programmed. I was originally told on the phone that once they had one key, they could make a copy of the other. The trip proved to be much more expensive then attended. It was especially frustrating because I purchased the vehicle at this dealership and I was only given one key. More

It’s a joke! DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THEM & If you do good luck! They want to service your vehicle just so they can break something & make you pay! Mechanic DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THEM & If you do good luck! They want to service your vehicle just so they can break something & make you pay! Mechanic team must be paid commission too! They break it & come tell you to pay for it! So even if you have a warranty OH WELL, as long as you have a warranty they have your business so they can just break more stuff and tell you to pay for it ! It’s a joke. More
