Sara Hutton was wonderful to work with. She was very personable, knowledgeable, and just a pleasure to deal with. We had an appointment and when we arrived she already had everything set up for us to be personable, knowledgeable, and just a pleasure to deal with. We spent quite a bit of time with Scott working out all of the details of the purchase. It was really a pleasure working with him. Sara came several times just to make sure all was going well. Because of his honesty, we trust him (and believe me it takes alot for my husband to trust anybody)so this makes it easy for us to follow him and decide on a car purchase from that dealership. This last truck we purchased, he went over and beyond to make sure that I got what I wanted, and that I was not overpaying for a vehicle. I have since became a chevrolet lover, which took some convincing, but I have been so happy with my suburban and am looking in the future to purchase a new camaro for my son from him and chuck hutton. I was looking to trade my vehicle, in an even (sideways) trade, for one they listed on the internet. Was told over the phone after several back and forth conversations that this would be fine, and I took of trade, for one they listed on the internet. Was told over the phone after several back and forth conversations that this would be fine, and I took off to drive the 2 hours to the dealer. Then a friend warned me he had heard of problems with a 'bait and switch' mentality there. So when I called to ask for an email verification of the deal, I was told there were some fees from the service department to be paid, which had not been mentioned until then. Not to mention I didn't ask for any service to be done to it anyway, so how did I become responsible for the fees? I am NOT happy with the sales department right now, and I will be telling everyone about my experience. More
