George Gordon was great. I was highly disappointed that my 2012 certified pre-owned car needed transmission work after I had it for less than a day. The suggestion to take the car myself to get repairs at my 2012 certified pre-owned car needed transmission work after I had it for less than a day. The situation was remedied, but I am not certain that the conclusion would have been the same if I, a female, had not brought a male with me to negotiate. More

I had a very pleasant experience purchasing my new 2012 Chevy Impala. The staff at Chuck Hutton were very friendly and attentive. Janet Wilson was awesome. She definitely went the extra mile to get me EXACTLY what I wanted was super nice and a great asset to your company. She is very professional and very easy to deal with and helped mile to get me EXACTLY what I wanted was super nice and a great asset to your company. She is very professional and very easy to deal with and helped with me with all of my questions, even days after the sale was done and papers were signed and I wasn’t sure what to do! Gary Little was also very nice and gave me some tips on things to do and not do to with my car since it was new, which was very helpful because I had no clue! Scott Mitchell on the other hand was very cocky and didn’t want to answer my questions and kept beating around the bush. It seemed to me like he was just trying to make his commission off me. I know that since I went through my insurance company for the loan that it doesn’t help him any but when I was signing the papers he made it seem like I HAD to go through the dealership for the financing. And then there was a paper at the end and it looked to me like a credit card offer and I was asking him what it was and he was very evasive and wouldn’t explain it to me. So I just declined it. More
