The salesperson was knowledgeable and provided the assistance needed to help me make a vehicle selection. I was unsure of all the features I wanted in a car. Ultimately the car I wanted, along with the features and desired color, was not available on the lot. The salesperson located the vehicle for me and followed through the vehicle arriving exactly to my specifications. It was provided exactly as we agreed, and that was important to me. Although I did not finance my car through the dealership, the gentleman in finance assisted me greatly. He was friendly and knowledgeable, and also helped me make the decisions that were right for me. The receptionist was friendly. I passed individuals who work in other capacities at Chuck Hutton. They were all friendly and kind. Everyone involved in the final delivery process was spot on. They made sure that the vehicle was delivered clean and in excellent condition. They took all the time necessary to discuss my car and how it operates. I am 100% pleased with my experience at Chuck Hutton, the best car dealership in Memphis and the surrounding area. More
