I HAD BEEN IN THE SERVICE DEPT. A COUPLE OF TIMES. THE LAST TIME I WAS THERE TO PICK UP MY CAR BECAUSE I REALLY COULDN'T HAVE MY CAR REPAIRED YET. ON EACH OCCASION I SAW MR. DARRON FAULKNER AND WAS IMPRES LAST TIME I WAS THERE TO PICK UP MY CAR BECAUSE I REALLY COULDN'T HAVE MY CAR REPAIRED YET. ON EACH OCCASION I SAW MR. DARRON FAULKNER AND WAS IMPRESSED BECAUSE HE WASN'T JUST STANDING AROUND HE WAS BUSY. WELL ON THE LAST TIME I WAS THERE HE APPROACHED ME WITH GOOD MORNING GREETINGS AND ASKED ME WHY I WAS THERE. WE WENT INTO HIS OFFICE AND WE TALKED ABOUT MY SITUATION. WE DISCUSSED THE OPTIONS OF BUYING A NEW CAR. HE WAS GRACIOUS ENOUGH TO LISTEN TO EVERYTHING I HAD TO SAY.
