She listened to my questions, told me of all the incentives available, and emailied me a quote. She called and we discussed the vehicle I was planning to trade, and she made sure all my concerns were answered. On Saturday May 18, my wife and I arrived and were immediately greeted by Fred Chambers, and were offered a test drive in the Silverado. After driving the vehicle, we had our trade inspected and made the deal. The finance officer Scott Mitchell was very down to earth, and explained the finance process to where even a child could understand. As we waited in the lobby the receptionist was very friendly and professional. The salesman were friendly and greeted us they passed. Before we left, our vehicle was detailed, filled with gas, and our salesman Fred Chambers showed us every switch and button inside the truck, and explained their function as well as all of the OnStar capabilities the truck came with. I would highly recommend Chuck Hutton Chevrolet to anyone that asked me about my experience with their dealership. More
