I started looking and found several excellent reviews for the 2014 Impala online. So I went on a car buying site and put in what I wanted. Chuck Hutton came up as a dealer for what I wanted so I inquired. JaVonne Lipscomb called and within a couple of days had found a match for what I wanted at a price that I believed was fair. I made the 3 hour drive up to Memphis, not really looking forward to the hassle of dealing with a car salesman. However, Mark Blake was the first person that I met and he immediately put me at ease. The receptionist was so nice and the dealership looked really nice and professional. Mark took care of making sure that I got a test drive and that the right car was located. He pushed my application through efficiently and answered all of my questions directly. Freeman came by just to make sure everything was going well. In fact, everyone that I saw was friendly. Freeman got the located car onto the lot while allowing me to drive a borrowed car to run my errands. Ricky walked me through the financing transaction very easily. He made sure that I understood everything, which again put me much at ease. When all of the paperwork was finished, Mark introduced me to Greg to set up my first servicing. Greg also put me at ease by setting everything up quickly and professionally. Some people you just get a feeling for whether they know what they are doing and can be trusted to do it right. I got that feeling right off the bat with Greg. I know my car will be well taken care of. Cara and Mark actually showed me around the car and made sure that I understood as many of the features that I could grasp. Cara helped me with the MyLink features even though that was not in her job description. Again, she was another person who made sure that I was taken care of by the help that I needed with understanding the car's features and again, she was very friendly like so many others who helped me. Mark got me set up with Onstar and made sure that everything had been covered by the time I was ready to leave. I would definitely recommend Chuck Hutton with no hesitation. I will always appreciate how friendly Mark and everyone else who helped were. More

we (my wife & i) were very pleased with the overall catering to our needs that all team members did. the only "problem" after taking the car home was that on the 2nd day of the (step) daughter driving catering to our needs that all team members did. the only "problem" after taking the car home was that on the 2nd day of the (step) daughter driving it, she received a CHECK ENGINE light notice. fortunately, from another survey i has completed, we have been in touch in with a maintenance mgr named Ernesto. the (step) daughter will be taking the car friday (10-11-13).
