Will not return phone calls or messages. I bought a truck from Chuck Hutton a year ago. Brought it in for a miss and paid 560 dollars. Got home and it is still missing and I am out 500 dollars with the same problem. Called and called and left message after message and no one will return my call.. Its been 2 days and no body will call. My family has always bought from Chuck Hutton and I even had 2 other family members buy cars from them on my recommendation and this is the thanks I get. I will not recommend them again to anyone. More

It was a great conversation, he listened, and setup an appointment. When I arrived for the appointment he introduced me to Reggie Howard, and the deal couldn't have gone any smoother from there. Not only did they sale me a truck that sold the truck that I wanted, that fit my needs, and price range. These guys did what great sales people do...they found out what I wanted and delivered. Sometimes dealers focus more on what they want you to buy...but that's not what happened here. The finance guy was good, direct and did not try to push alot of extras. I think his name is Ricky.
