I bought a 2011 Edge with 120k miles for my daughter. They let me take it to an independent mechanic, which was refreshing. That way I know if something goes wrong down the road, I at least have a heads up. Regardless, the Edge checked out great. My mechanic said the dealership did a lot more than most when they reconditioned it. Good to hear. Rod and Tim were great salesmen, and Rich the manager was pretty cool to work with. Never seem to see the real manager at most dealerships, but I did here. In a nutshell, if you want a great used rig, go see these guys. Straight shooters, and actually are pretty funny. Never laughed so hard buying a car in my life, lol. It’s not like going to visit your dentist, for sure. 5 stars minimum. More

In fact, another dealership in town said Chuck Colvin Ford is known as "Cheatin" Chuck Colvin. I purchased a used vehicle from Colvin Ford. Within the first few weeks and 1500 miles the battery died, all the oil leaked out of the crankcase, a headlamp burnt out, the instrument panel stopped working, and 3rd gear went out in the transmission. The salesman, Fred McAdams strung me along, costing me many hrs and multiple trips to the dealership with promises to "make it right" and claims they "want me to be happy". Finally, after much inconvenience, Fred made it clear there was never any intention to do any such thing. More

When I went in to buy my new ford fiesta, i wasn't expecting the customer service I received. I was expecting a regular old dealership with the same old pushy salesmen who sell you a car only for it to be an incredibly terrible experience. here at chuck colvin auto center i was pleasantly surprised and taken aback by the friendliness i got from Salesman Jacob Halsey and sales manager Gary Edwards. I would recommend this place to anyone, even if you don't live in the McMinnville, OR area. It is worth a trip! More

I have not given a comment or review for any dealership before and i have bought over 10 cars from various dealerships. None of my experiences come close to this one. These guys are honest *yes* if you can believe that. They treated me fairly and kept their word. I worked with Jason, Jesse and Rich(sales manager). They totally made sure we were happy with our purchase and didn't ignore me once the deal was completed. I would recommend these guys to anyone and I will go back for all of my future purchases.. FYI I purchased cars from Jim Doran - not a great experience. Larsen Motors wouldn't work with me like Chuck Colvin did. These guys are worth a stop in to check out your next car to buy. More
