Hi Kelly. We only charged you 1 hour to replace the variable cam solenoid. We had an hour of diagnosis time, plus the repair time, plus the cost of the part, which was roughly $100. We didn't have the solenoid in stock, so we had to order it. I'm sorry it took longer than expected, hopefully we are nearing the end of the slow shipping on parts.
