My only frustration was would have liked to have been informed on status of my car - when it wasn’t done on the first estimated done date I had to call to find out what was going on. And the same on the second “done date” I had to call when it wasn’t done then and I waited two days after that date. Cody was always nice when I talked to him and I know things get busy, however being someone that works in customer service myself, customers really appreciate updates if those “done dates” are not going to be met. And it’s always better when you call versus the customer having to make the call. I still like you guys and will continue to bring my car there though :) More

Can do an oil change I wanted an oil change, my sunroof to open and for my automatic running boards to operate properly. Came away with an oil change and an unrelated warr I wanted an oil change, my sunroof to open and for my automatic running boards to operate properly. Came away with an oil change and an unrelated warranty repair. My sunroof still didn't open and they also told me my floorboard was wet (found after doing warranty repair). I was given the info on how to fix the running boards myself- ok I guess. Also had ordered a part for interior, when I got there they said it was the wrong part. Never got a call back on any of this... I still have a malfunctioning sunroof and I assume my carpet still gets wet. I found the right part myself. To make matters worse, I never got a call that my vehicle was ready for pickup. After trying to call every number for the dealer and getting no answer, I just drove down to see if it was ready. "Our phones have been down all day". Nobody has a cell phone? Unimpressed by everything at this dealer. They are friendly but I come there so problems can go away. Like I said, only a fraction of what I needed done actually got done. But they made sure to get that warranty claim fixed because it's easy money from Ford- a fix I didn't even know or care about. More

Incomplete then damaged Took my truck in to get 2 new wheels installed. They had it for over 3 hours and didn't get it done. Then the service writer ran into a crate engine and damaged my bumper. Was told the service manager would call after his lunch break. No calls.... I finally had to call them after noon the next day.
