Had to come back because they damaged my truck I went in for recalls. One was for door latches. One door did not work when I got it back and the door panel was scratch and dented. Disappointed On Monday I took our vehicle in for a tire repair (nail in the tire) and decided to get it serviced. After the appointment, I noticed there was oil o On Monday I took our vehicle in for a tire repair (nail in the tire) and decided to get it serviced. After the appointment, I noticed there was oil on our driveway and in our garage. We’ve only serviced this vehicle at Chuck Anderson and this has never happened before. Today, two days later, the tire pressure light came back on while driving to Excelsior. I took the vehicle back to the dealership to have it checked out. They couldn’t find anything wrong with the tires, however the tire pressure light is still on. When asked about the oil on our driveway/garage, I was told it was residual oil from the oil change (they did check for a leak today). Again, this has never happened before so it makes me question the service we received on Monday. I was also told today I needed new tires. This was kind of ironic since that wasn’t indicated on the paperwork from Monday. I am normally very satisfied with the service we receive, but not this week. More
