Horrible! Brought 2017 Escape in for engine software update. Replaced short block on engine and now it won't stop overheating. Never overheated before we took it here. Now we're stuck with a 3 yr old ca update. Replaced short block on engine and now it won't stop overheating. Never overheated before we took it here. Now we're stuck with a 3 yr old car that doesn't run. Going on 3 months in the shop and no closer to getting it fixed than we were in the beginning. Will NEVER USE or RECOMMEND this place. Still waiting 5 days on them to close ticket for a different dealership to be able to look at it. No receipts, work orders or paperwork to show what they've done. Wouldn't send anyone here. Absolutely awful. More
