Hi Sarah. It appears you purchased a 2015 Ford Focus. We're really sorry, this is definitely a known issue. Unfortunately we can't control which VINs make it into Ford's repair recalls or not. The $1700-2700 would be a clutch pack, TCM, etc. It would replace all of the parts that are known issues with the Focus. For $800, they couldn't replace all of that, so I'm not sure which parts they are replacing. We're sorry you had a poor experience, and we hope you get your car sorted!

Hi Ricky! The service airbag light came on after you took delivery of the vehicle and we offered for you to bring it in at your convenience and we would check it out. It was not on during in the 16 days we owned it before you purchased it. We're sorry for your poor experience with us. That's not how we want our customers to feel, and not how we've done business for nearly 50 years.

It was on when we were test driving the car, but didn't know at the time what I was seeing. When I ask about it you told me to go to another dealership to have it checked out!
