While en route to Excelsior Springs on Saturday, my moonroof stuck in the open position. Once we arrived at The Elms Hotel I googled Ford dealerships and called Chuck Anderson Ford. The nicest young man answered and assured me they would take a look at it. They diagnosed the problem as a broken track and were able to cover the opening and securely tape it to prevent any water leakage. Never received a single call from the service writer during the week my vehicle was there. I called 3 times over the week they had it and was told a line of xx every time.
