Couldn’t be more pleased!! Dustin, Chris and the young lady in service dept. were simply awesome. Enthusiastically helpful. I’ve been to some good service departments like Shawnee Mission Ford- but the lady in service dept. were simply awesome. Enthusiastically helpful. I’ve been to some good service departments like Shawnee Mission Ford- but the service group group at Chuck Anderson is heads above them. Helpful considerate attitude. A genuine willingness to be helpful and problem solve. I also paid with a check. When payment arrived from Nationwide insurance, the nice lady in the business office called me and said she would destroy my personal check. The building remodel is just great. The restroom was the cleanest and most upscale of any dealership or auto service shop I’ve been to. Important to me was that no one was too busy to greet me and make sure I was taken care of. They completely took my suspension and depleted all value. They put regular F-150 parts on my aftermarket suspension and couldn’t figure out why things wouldn’t fit or reach where they are suppose too. value. They put regular F-150 parts on my aftermarket suspension and couldn’t figure out why things wouldn’t fit or reach where they are suppose too.. sent me out of the door like this and they had to weld stuff together to make it work. Paid a lot of money for that stuff to be put on my truck when I bought it a couple years ago and now it looks like xxxx and rides worse than it did when I brought it in. Feel very ripped off. Would like for someone to contact me about getting this fixed the right way. They said they could take on the job, I pay for it, the parts they were using wouldn’t work and broke less than 50 miles later, I return vehicle and they just welded what broke instead of fixing it right and getting the actual stuff I needed. They wanted me to go out and buy the stuff I need on top of paying for this terrible job. Feel free to contact me any time so we can get this figured out. Happened less than a week ago and I don’t feel safe with my kids in my vehicle. More

I needed a simple oil change and there wasn’t a Ford QuikLube service within 20 miles that could get my Expedition done less than 4 days out!! The service staff was friendly and the process was quick and painless all for a price I will gladly pay for my husband to not have to crawl under the vehicle and do himself. They also went above and beyond and oiled my squeaking step bars. I will be back!! More

Will not be back!! Had 2012 F150 in for heater hose replacement. It started over heating again. Told Dustin it may need thermostat. Brought in,was informed that it was turbo. $2,500. No way. Took 2012 replacement. It started over heating again. Told Dustin it may need thermostat. Brought in,was informed that it was turbo. $2,500. No way. Took 2012 to where I purchased it. They replaced heater hose ( that you put on, because it was leaking, replaced thermostat, temperature sensor,and water reservoir.it was a falte heater hose.not a turbo .it is doing good now no thanks to Dustin, and you mechanic. More
