I thought they were great until I took my F150 to have it Diagnosed and then they changed me $139.00 to till at would cost over a thousand dollars to replace the fuel pump outrage high priced the part I can Diagnosed and then they changed me $139.00 to till at would cost over a thousand dollars to replace the fuel pump outrage high priced the part I can get at O'REILLY for $225.00 and the service Manager told me that my tires sencer are bad and if I buy new one at the cost of $400.00 dollars and no Guarantee that they wont-work. Service and customer care is always first at Chuck Anderson Ford. I have a 2016 Fusion I purchased from them and am very happy. Right now I have a intermittent problem that is hard to find. The care won't turn over, like a dead battery, but all power items worked. it was replaced at $ 165.00. The problem has happen again afterwards. I'm scared to go any where incase it happens, has to be jump started. I have to carry my jump start unit with me where ever I go. More

I’ve been to some good service departments like Shawnee Mission Ford- but the lady in service dept. were simply awesome. Enthusiastically helpful. A genuine willingness to be helpful and problem solve. I also paid with a check. When payment arrived from Nationwide insurance, the nice lady in the business office called me and said she would destroy my personal check. The building remodel is just great. The restroom was the cleanest and most upscale of any dealership or auto service shop I’ve been to. Important to me was that no one was too busy to greet me and make sure I was taken care of. They completely took my suspension and depleted all value. They put regular F-150 parts on my aftermarket suspension and couldn’t figure out why things wouldn’t fit or reach where they are suppose too. value. Paid a lot of money for that stuff to be put on my truck when I bought it a couple years ago and now it looks like xxxx and rides worse than it did when I brought it in. Feel very ripped off. Would like for someone to contact me about getting this fixed the right way. They said they could take on the job, I pay for it, the parts they were using wouldn’t work and broke less than 50 miles later, I return vehicle and they just welded what broke instead of fixing it right and getting the actual stuff I needed. They wanted me to go out and buy the stuff I need on top of paying for this terrible job. Feel free to contact me any time so we can get this figured out.
