It wasn’t a terrible place to service my car, but there are a few things that disappointed me. I was told that my vehicle was ready for pick up, when I arrived I couldn’t see my car and was told they would are a few things that disappointed me. They never did and the person who finalized my transaction had to find it. When it did arrive the wheels and tires had “soap” on them. I asked what was all over the wheels and tires and that’s what they said. I had to wash it off when I got home. The soap collected dirt from the road and made it more difficult to clean. When they balanced and aligned my wheels, they peeled off the old wheel weights and left the old adhesive on the inside of my wheels. This was very unsightly and was yet another thing I had to do when I got home. More

The service was ok but I was very disappointed with the lack of respect that was shown to my vehicle. When I received my vehicle back it had grease hand prints and smudges on the hood, fenders and doors. I lack of respect that was shown to my vehicle. I understand that this line of work will cause one to have very dirty and greasy hands, but I would expect that the technicians would have enough respect for the customer and their vehicle to at least return the vehicle in the condition that it was received. They treated my wife with respect and showed her what they found wrong with her car while she was getting an oil change. They want to to do a several hour maintenance job on my truck and didn’t know the cause of the issue. Turned out to be a simple quick fix that I had to have done by an independent service shop.
