Technician was terrible. incompetent and Untruthful. And the “Works” package is also a joke. It says they check all fluid levels. That is incorrect. Which excludes the transfer case and differentials and that point in the visit there was NO way I was letting the “technician” ruin anything else on my pickup! I will never use them again for anything and I’ll be sure to make that known. More
