Our salesman was awesome!!!! Dreke (Drake) was awesome. My husband hit a deer on the way home Friday morning from a night shift. Car was totaled. Liability insurance only. I called Chuck Anderson Ford. Asked for sales. Got Dreke. He was great. Super personable. Super professional. My husband was pissy. Sleep deprived. Hadn't eaten. But I told him to ask for Dreke. By the time I got off work that same day Dreke had him in our new 2020 Ford Edge. Randy was in a great mood. We love it. Dreke took us out for lunch. And the rest is history. Ask for Dreke. You won't be disappointed. I can't thank him enough. Tell him Randy Gorham sent you and we will get $100 referral bonus. Lol. Highly highly recommend. More

Recall fixes I called to set up an appointment to fix recalls on my car. They provided a rental for me as well. One of the parts wasn’t in so I had to wait on that I called to set up an appointment to fix recalls on my car. They provided a rental for me as well. One of the parts wasn’t in so I had to wait on that which was no problem. When the part came in and they were fixing that recall, they also addressed a problem with my transmission that was common for the model of my car. They fixed all issues and my car runs great now. Customer service was excellent as well. More
