2016 Ford Taurus Went to look at 3 2016 Ford Taurus's on the lot. I looked on both Cars.com and their website. The prices on 2 of the cars were around 20,335 and the 3 Went to look at 3 2016 Ford Taurus's on the lot. I looked on both Cars.com and their website. The prices on 2 of the cars were around 20,335 and the 3rd one was 23,500. Went to the dealership to look at them, 1st they had to jump start the car that I wanted to drive. Once I decided on the car, we went inside to work out the deal After coming back, the price of the car went up $6000.00. I showed him the website and cars.com pricing and the salesman told me that there is no way they are going to sell those cars for that price. I showed him the same car at Shawnee Mission Ford with the same pricing on it and the excuse I got was that the person working on the website, placed the wrong prices on most of the cars. (if this was true, then why didn't you go fix the problems. This car I was looking at was the same price for 30 days). I then called back later and spoke with a sales person, who stated that the prices where correct on the internet. So this is a great bait and switch, if I ever seen one. So if you find a car with a good price, don't believe it. Can't buy it for that. More
