Hi Tracy! Thanks for leaving your feedback. The lugnut issue has become a common re-occurrence. Manufacturers use a steel center in the lug nut that has the threads to attach to the studs, while the 'cap' is made out of aluminum. When the steel corrodes, it forces the aluminum cap to expand, changing it from a 21mm size, to slightly larger. Ford and General Motors are both involved in a class action lawsuit at the moment regarding this very issue. I apologize for the inconvenience but I am glad to see that the problem lies with Ford Motor Company and not Chuck Anderson Ford. Unfortunately I disagree with that. Not telling you how to do your job. It’s called some people forget and don’t remember what they bought from you. But a Ford vehicle from a dealer ship they trust. Just saying hey sir/ mam I’d like to bring it to your attion you have a deductible. Sticker shock. But there is other Ford dealerships in KC. But I choose Chuck Anderson Ford.
